6.5XL chipper shredderThe Masport 6.5XL Chipper Shredder features a hopper manufactured to last. Made from 4mm UV resistant polyethylene it is rotationally moulded for added strength and will never rust. A metal plate at the base protects it from flying debris. The 6.5XL features rugged 5mm steel side plates and large wheels for easy maneuverability. Belt drive system protects the engine from damage in the event of a sudden rotor stop. The 6.5hp Briggs & Stratton engine is designed for larger households and commercial use. The heavy duty cutting system is designed to maximise shredding performance. Three hardened high tensile steel rods support nine staggered metal flails, ensuring all material placed in the unit is shredded. The chipper funnel takes branches up to 65mm thick and allows bushy material to be fed into the chipper chute. The chipper blades are mounted on a 8mm thick flywheel.
